new system for mastery level on champs

Yall really think we're gonna use our 3k BE on a little flair, only to have to spend even more? I know yall said you wanted to change this, so how about you just make it something like 20 games of S's on the champ to level it up to 6, and then like 35-50 to get it to 7. I would literally rather grind this out to rank my champ up rather than waste my BE on it. At least then it shows that you've played the champ a lot as well.
