Make decay times for at LEAST diamond shorter.

Low diamond is a struggle. Past the people who int when they don't get their 1 tricks, a huge problem I'm seeing is that there are a SHITTON of people who get on once a month and say "I'm not really trying, I just want my border." I'm sorry, I get that some people don't have all the time to play, but if you aren't going to care enough about winning the game, you don't deserve the border. Gold is where season rewards hit, so you have no reason to be acting the way you are. Decay times should be shorter so that you have to keep playing to stay diamond. It's a very competitive division, because high diamond is where shit starts to get real for people who aren't used to being master/challenger players.

It does sound like it would suck to have to play more often when it is just a game. BUT I see your point. I doubt Riot would, but they should have a separate queue based on how often you play... =\ so hopefully the once a months get stuck together instead of with climbers.
