Fire is red, water is blue, cmon rito, how about something new?

1. I've been thinking. Riot loves elements (COUGH Lux COUH). We've got ivern, plant like and friendly, brand is the fire, nami is the water. We've got the sun and moon, lots of elements, but why no reflection? I was thinking it be really cool if there was a mirror champion or something.

2. Adc problem Riot, when adc get killed, or have to recall due to too much poke or little health, it is such a problem coming back to lane without an item because you can't build into bf sword. Now ik you can go for another item, but it kind of messes up the building patterns (this changes depends on which adc) Would it be possible to like build into bf sword??

3. Banned accounts My friend got his account permanently banned, but what happens when you had skins on there? I find that yes, they might have done something really bad, but what happens when they spend all that money on skins and champs. It all goes to waste. Is there anyway to fix this?
