I feel like Kog'Maw should never have a particularly outstanding win rate

Going to preface this by saying he's a pain in the ass but I don't think Kog'Maw himself is a big problem right now. Anways

Kog'Maw is designed around being the late game adc. He pumps out insanely high mixed damage and needs a large amount of gold and xp to get to that unstoppable lategame of his.

Of course, that power comes with a price. His damage is heavily tied to his w, which has notable downtime. He has 0 mobility and is incredibly squishy, and his early game is laughably bad until around level 11.

So, playing him should be a risk. He's basically a liability until you get at least 2 items and some levels on him (unless the bot lane he's against is just a pair of vegetables). So that's why I don't think he should really ever have an outstanding win rate (unless he has a really small play percent like Sion support; in which case it's just a bunch of die hard koggles mains and who cares). He should be a risky pick.

All that said, he's sitting comfortably at around a 52-53% win rate depending on the site you look at, which is the second highest out of all the adcs.

I don't think this speaks so much to little Koggles, as his items haven't really been buffed or nerfed much recently. I think it's more of a combination of support/enchanter itemization being incredibly strong and how weak divers/assassins are currently.

I don't really have much of a point and I'm not really sure where I was going with this whole thread. I think I'm just bored of watching my duo partner get destroyed by this twitch/lulu for the past like 30 minutes. So I guess it's just some food for thought

Also how bad do you think Kindred is right now? Because I've been a token away from rank 7 for a few months now but I also want to get plat you know

Riot said Kindred is good and people just don't find her satisfying to play if I remember correctly. For Kog, he is considered a "very hard champ" according to this Board so it is fine for him to have over 52% winrate. He has no mobility and no cc, so why not? This is board's logic.

I don't know if Divers/Assassins are particularly weak, or that's just a side effect of Enchanters being strong. After all, no point in picking an Assassin or Diver if the main target you want to kill has an extra 1000+ health in heals and shields, and a dedicated champion with CC to mess up your day.

all champions should have 50%

but riot doesn`t care about balance so that dream is never gonna happen

He's good because ardent censor is good and tank engage supports are uncommon picks
