it's that pax was riot's way of "handling" it. it's the fact that instead of firing the employees they decided to protect them, they made the choice to basically put the blame on the community rather than on the people who made those jokes.

by riot NOT firing the employees, theyre showing tolerance towards those kind of jokes and towards the people who genuinely think that way

But at the same time, the community was complaining about not being allowed to participate in this workshop that had nothing to do with them. Both sides are in the wrong. Tolerance is what’s required, and the community has shown none. Riot seems to be trying, but they’re being way too aggressive about it instead of keeping calm and letting everything flow naturally.
