She can't double flash if you don't flash yourself

but you can flash her damage
Flash her Q or E, or into any good position that would cause her to be badly mispositioned if she were to follow, like under your turret or into your team.
She is very squishy and has no true mobility without flash.
Of course you can flash away. Just make sure you flash an actual ability of hers. If you flash just for her to chase you and E you afterward, your flash ultimately hurt you.
