Honor Capsule Rewards?

Has anyone gotten any awesome rewards from the honor capsules? I'm just curious. Out of my friends, no one has gotten anything but key fragments and champion shards. I've gotten 3 or 4 so far, and all I've pulled is champ shards of already owned champs and key fragments.

I'm grateful that rewards are even a thing now for sportsmanlike behavior, that's pretty awesome. I guess with the conversions coming soon it's basically free currency? But, I don't really have anything else to spend the currency on as it is. Feels bad to get excited over and over with the capsules and then to kind of be let down by little trolling squirrels.
