New Players Vs. Old Players in: Toxicity

So I made a second account just to mess around and get different champions than I have on my main account, and I've noticed something weird. On my main account, level 89 yada yada been around a while, playing with more experienced players. Pretty much always have memelords/people willing to joke around and very few toxic players. Now, on my new account, currently level 13, it's toxic hell every game. People spouting racial slurs, ragequitters, feeders, (people who think they're better than everyone in the game even though they're 0/12), yikes. Is it just that people are more toxic when they start out and learn to chill over time? Or is it old toxic players who had to make new accounts once they got banned? I'm curious if other people have any experience in this.

I would imagine it's people like you that make the game frustrating for others. When I first started playing, there were no bot games and there was no ranked. You either jump into a pvp game, or create a custom game. This is the first moba I've ever played, so I had no idea what I was doing. Regardless, I always felt like I had a fair chance at winning, because I was playing with and against people that also seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Now, there's a ton of people that create new accounts for various reasons that are also playing with actual noobs. I introduced the game to a friend, and while he was matched with and against people around the same account level, they were obviously smurfs. He couldn't do anything, and constantly died, and the game was just not fun, so he gave up. I was so disgusted with what I saw that I tell my friends that don't play League to not even bother. I love this game. They see how much fun I have, but I only have fun because I get matched with people around my skill-level. Why do you feel the need to create new accounts? Why not play more games on your main so you can unlock whatever champions you don't already own?

I've noticed that on lower level accounts from a few people I know, that people are just more toxic in general for whatever reason. My spare account I've done aram with and do try other roles that I'm really bad at (ADC I STILL get out farmed by noob ADCs) I've friended people and explained that I'm terrible at the role I'm playing and help out however I can. Not everyone is patient or understanding though.

Its mostlythat the new player experiance seems to be mostly smurfs that werent banned. I was playing with a real life friend that wanted to try and besides him everyone else in the game seemed to be a smurf. And most of the smurfs were maling an account because they were banned.
