Would messaging support about someone who bought an account bring any results?

They didn't say one word the entire game. They didn't leave farming the JG once - no lane got one gank. Didn't ping once.

Didn't do anything apart from JG camps and feed the Ekko. D5 MMR. This is unacceptable, if you look at his match history the account was clearly boosted by a Rengar player and left in his hands, what can I do other than report him (which I did) to get him banned?
