Which champions are mostly used by people who boost accounts?

Knew someone who used to do that on the side, he played Irelia toplane when boosting, but that was ~4 seasons ago. I guess the boosters just play what they're best at and what can stomp hard.
Master Yi was once the most popular. Cheap to buy and is a pro at dueling and split pushing. Also not a mechanically difficult champion either.
