Leveled up and did not received Capsule

As title says, I hit 165 level, get the level up animation but when tried to open my capsule there was no capsule. Can I do something?

I had the same bug happen to me and I've seen other people post the same thing. Seems there's no solution yet. Gonna try making a support ticket when i get home from work tonight, see if I can get a response then.

Yep, had the exact same thing happen, I think its happening to many others as well. You should send a Ticket and wait for a response.
