TopLane: New runes struggle.

Since the runes have come out I've played only a handful of games. I feel like while some of the new runes are strong and have a good fit others feel lacking or old mastered were better, Lethal Tempo for example. What top laners are benefiting from the new rune update. Ive tried kayle and maybe its the way i built her but even 5 items in my damage felt abysmal. Tried Darius and struggled with him in game too. I've only kinda had success with trundle who seems to really Like the updated Grasp! Overall my question is simply what top laners should we be looking out for?
