We've got:
Archimonde Arthas My boy Anub'Arak Archmage Antonidas Baelgun Flamebeard Cairne Bloodhoof Rend Blackhand Gavinrad the Dire (or Cruel) Gul'Dan (fuckin' twice) Grommash Hellscream (but he's alive on Draenor, dead in our timeline) Mannoroth has been dead since Warcraft 3 but they keep using him in time-travel instances and stuff as a boss. Jubei'Thos Magroth the Defender Magtheridon Medivh Ner'Zhul was technically in Warcraft 3 Daelin Proudmoore has a statue to him in WoW Kael'Thas (but his death will just be another set-back) Sen'Jin wasn't in WoW, but he does have a town named after him in Sen'Jin village -- primary area for the Darkspear Trolls in WoW. My other boy Uther Vashj VOL'JIN, MY OTHER-OTHER BOY. And lastly, my fourth boy: Varimathras, however the chances are really high that he's not actually dead. Most demons, when killed, are simply sent back to the Twisting Nether to chill for a long time until coming back out again (unless we do some really specific stuff), and Dreadlords are incredibly cunning, so can easily fake their own deaths and vanish to take time to recoup.
Busty got a few things wrong, namely: Kel'Thuzad is still alive, as his phylactery is in-tact. Cenarius isn't dead, Malfurion is currently attempting to cleanse him of corruption, Illidan isn't dead either, he was imprisoned in the Vault of the Wardens and is currently aiding players in the Broken Shore. KJ has never been killed before, we just banished him to the Nether in the Sunwell.
There's also a ton of Warcraft 2 characters in WoW that we could list too. There's also probably a few more from WC3 that I'm missing, but I think I hit most of them.
