Some of the comments/ explainations of the patch notes have been really weird lately.

Some are very clear cut and make sense. For example, explaining how the Pyke nerf aims to reduce his safety during and after fights. But then you get stuff like the waffle about Kog'maw and Lulu. How does base damage buffs increase Kog's risk and reward? How do base damage/shield buffs on the ability Lulu maxes first affect her choices when scaling? Why the fuck did they phrase a Sona fix as "Follow-up QoL change and passive bugfix for the adult woman". What are the specific concerns around Shaco?

I'm not expecting them to dig up and reanimate Mark Twain to write patch notes, or give us 10 pages on how a 10 damage buff will help thrust top lane Amumu into a competitive niche, but c'mon.
