What is this Queue RITO?!

First, I'm not trying to complain here, but damn Riot. 7 out of my last 8 queues I have gotten my second choice. 7 out of 8! Every queue the estimated queue time was 1:30 and the queue popped at 1 min, every time, with me in my second role. Am I playing dishonorably? Have I been put in some vortex of doom for some reason? I feel like if the queue pops early, it means it found your main role. Anything after the estimated time I should get my second role... Is this seriously not how this works?????
