Why does new client feel like a 2nd grader made it

Everything about it is so bad. Afraid to press buttons like decline and "click to skip stats" because the client will freeze/take 3 days even with a 2k$ computer and good internet. Really like this new age where companies will give you the bare minimum bullshit while making billions. Really sick of this day and age doing things for money over quality because everyones too much of a vagina to speak out.
