Anybody who uses levels as a measure of skill now is retarded. Having an account that's 4 or 5 levels above mine means nothing when I've been playing 2 or 3 years longer. People will find any method to brag and compare and it's so annoying.
Sad because the guy that said that probably barely hit 30 before the new leveling system.
(This is why Riot should have given vets bonus levels for playing longer.)
