will I get a silver border if im not honor level 2?

The Honor 2 "deadline" is on February 11, 2019. Between now and that date, you can continue to improve your Honor to be eligible for end-of-season rewards.

Keep in mind that if you received a ban during Season 8, you will not be eligible for end-of-season rewards. Chat restrictions do not count.

OK so i had a 10 game chat restriction and riot droped my honor from 4.3 to 1. but to be honest even before the chat restriction ban i wasnt gaining much honor, and one key fragment a week or something like that, even with all my friends giving me honor in the end of the game i won very litle. so my question is is the honor system going to change? couse in 8 mounths of playing almost every day and getting honor in almost every match i didnt reached lvl5.. and all of the seasson work is translated in one single game of flame??? is that fair??. with that in mind ill try to reach the lvl 2 honor, if riot doent forget about me again...
