Remember its Preseaon

Hello Summoners, Just here to remind everyone, remember its preseason. Yes Riot needs feedback from people, but they need feedback, not negativity. The point of preseason is to introduce new gameplay and ideas into the game but it also does a better job at getting accurate results about the new gameplay features than the PBE does.
