My Thoughts on Summoner Spells

After seeing reasons that new summoner spells are hard to balance, why not give other summoner spells a buff.

This is where my idea of adding a small buff to cleanse such as it gives attack speed or a slight increase in movement speed such as heal and ect.. , these small increases can be tried on many spells so they arent locked to lanes. For example why would cleanse be good on an adc it wouldn't, because it doesn't offer things to thr role of adc that it needs. Adc's for the most part only bring heal and flash they dont have more than one option like midlane does.
