World Token Redeems (POST World pass purchase)

So, I was wondering something.. I had earned up to 700 tokens, and growing, before I was able to actually purchase the world's pass. In another forum post, apparently it was said that the redeem button was there to get people to buy the pass, showing what you COULD have gotten, had you bought the world's pass earlier on.

However, After I purchased the world's pass, I held on to the tokens (hoping to cash in and feel real nice, getting a lump-sum of tokens added in) but I just noticed the button was gone, and none of those tokens had been redeemed.

I'm not sure where to go with this, as (see screenshot) it says TO PICK UP LATER UPON PURCHASE, yet it seems mine (and a lot of other people's) tokens simply...Vanished, without being able to redeem it. Wtf?
