Snowdown Tokens
Just a thought but is there any reason that Snowdown tokens (or similar such event tokens) are rewarded for win/loss versus the amount of time spent playing? I was thinking about this and think about the one time that I was stuck in a sixty minute ARAM game (no exaggeration, it lasted a whole hour!), and thought it would suck if that had happened now and I only got six tokens for an hour of play, when I could get up to three times that playing NB for an hour. Is there a reason we can't have a base number of tokens for win/loss and add on if you play longer than the expected match time? Personally I would like this much more. It seems less frustrating, and more rewarding, besides the fact that then you would be more focused on just playing the game rather than worrying so much about "I need to win X games if I want to earn Y." Thus, I would also be willing to spend more time on the game in the long run rather than burst out all my efforts and be sick of the game in the short run (which is what happens when my only thought is "I need to win if I want that new prestige skin"). Thoughts on this?
Disclaimer I am not entirely sure where to put this post so let me know if I need to move it somewhere else (it just didn't really seem to fit gameplay in my opinion and I didn't know where else it would go)
Also: I know that, inevitably, there will be people who say "they want more money out of it" or "they don't feel like it" but I'd rather we stay away from those comments. Personally I'd just like to see some conversation on the pros and cons of this [sg-ahri-2]
