Hearing voices?

I sware im hearing voices. idk the cause i judt hear them. Once it sounded like a female talking to a darkin and now just a deep voice. i cant hear them cuz usualy alot is going on at the time. they dont seem to be taunts no direct location like taunts and jokes have
