Auto Zoom (Jhin Ult)

Can we get an option to turn it off?? I played jhin a couple games and the one thing i dislike is his ult. I understand its for players who play screen locked but i dont. All the zoom out does is make it hard for me to see what im aiming at.

As well as if possible add the zoom to xerath ult with the option.
