Below level 30 is like low plat to high diamond mmr

I am so tired of smurfs. I really am. Like....I thought l would get paired vs players of my own skill level, who are also new to this game. Every single game has some dumb kid that thinks he's good just dominating games and ruining everything. It literally makes me want to just uninstall and never even look at this game again. Riot, I've been reporting this behavior every single day since i started this game and nothing has been done about it. By their own admission, people in every game I play are on alternate accounts and are plat+. Most of them have their main account banned for flaming or cheating, and they just make a new one and continue ruining the game. Put a stop to this. Do you want more players playing your game or not? Don't look at account numbers because that's a completely irrelevant statistic. So many of those are fake or alt accounts of really toxic people.
