Is aftershock stronger than any rune on pantheon?

If you're playing a solo lane, no it's not, you want more damage cuz that's what he likes
If you're playing support, yes that's his best rune, you want to abuse his high base damage and just all in constantly with your ADC to force a lead
Conqueror or Elecrocute in sololane are better AS for Support Conq / Elec then / AS for JG
