How the new level up system works and the fact that it catapults new players to level 30 is going to make this one of if not the worst Rank season. My problem is new players are going to go into rank 3 to 4 times sooner then before which means there is a higher chance they're going to do against camps that they don't know nothing about which is going to make the climb for us players harder
Well if u are still on mmr of new player then you have bigger issues
i've played over 100 games on this account and it's only lvl 24
When season one started you only needed to be lvl 20 or 21 to play ranked.
I played rank while levelling up for a bit (on my other acc) and won the majority of my ranked games.
It doesn't catapult them to 30. It takes the same number of games to do so as it did this past season.
The only real difference would be rune grinding time, but between the level-up process strongly suggesting more accessible champs and them having experience with all runes from level 1 I'd actually argue the opposite.
I expect this coming season should be better when teams get a new League player since they'll have more consistent training to 30.
