Riot can you set up rank where players can not select a champ they are not level 4 or higher with. I am having the worst time in silver right now cause I keep getting players that want to take level 2 and 3 champs to rank over their level 5,6, and yes I have had them pass over their level 7 as well. Rank is not the place to learn a champion.

The first doesn't happen near as often as you think it does. The latter is just grindy as fuck. If I'm competent on my champion after the first three games, why should I have to play seventeen more just to play them in ranked?
And what about champion swaps? What if a champion would be perfect for the game, and I just haven't grinded a lot of games on them? Should my team be hurt because a few people first-time champions in ranked?
Twilight Wolf1 votesIf you believe that then I understand why you are in bronze 3 cause i have seem that thought process a lot. You practice with a champ in normals so you can get use to his mechanics and different matchups. You will not get that in 4 to 5 games. To be honest you will not have it fully even when younger to level 4 bit at least you have a better grasp of the champion.
