teams and champ select "lag"

i dont know why but in blind pick when someone calls a lane like jg then another person calls it after them but on the person who called it seconds screen they called it first this has happened a lot to me and on my team my last game on live servers we ad the jg prob and the erson who called jg second had autolocked olaf only supp was left so olaf would have to supp and he fed and its a really long story but ny team was bad and fed some of them not on purpose another afked in base and i was only positive but noone wanted to report olaf and our afk jg and wanted to report me instead for "feeding" when i was 8/8/4
