bugs

I am a bronze 5 player that was just in a ranked queue as i wait for summoners to ban and pick i watch youtube to pass the time.I usually wait for sounds or league will pop up when its my turn which is great but it never popped up and no sounds so i forgot about it for about 5-10 min with a riven montage video. When i remember i go back to league and my league was frozen this is the third or fourth time this has happened and i cant close league i have to restart my laptop so i go to open league it opens league and theres no reconnect button on the screen so i assume someone dodged and apperently it was me bcuz my league had frozen. Its only league that freezes its not league and my browser so now i have a 20 min ban for 5 games when i had just spent another $20 on this game and got a 24 hour ip boost but now it wastes 1 hour and 40 min of that thank you please fix this bug
