Any Riot Employees out there? Any feedback on what Riot looks for in a Portfolio?

Title, I recently got denied of the Riot Games summer internship program for Concept Art, which i honestly saw coming from a mile away, but i had to try anyways. Is there something you look for in someones portfolio that stands out above the others?

I could tell i wasn't going to get the internship as my portfolio is indeed a bit lackluster and unprofessional at the moment. When it comes to illustration, do you look for more fleshed out artworks and splash arts? And for Concept art do you look out for more character sheets and such?

Here is a link to my current portfolio: https://www.artstation.com/mckaos You can obviously tell my level of professionalism isn't quite up there yet, and i hope you can tell my latest piece is the best one in terms of cohesiveness and quality.

Any help or answers would be very much appreciated! Should i create more character sheets? Do you like redesigns and concept of existing champions? Or should i create my own? Thanks!

Dude just check online and email them. Also. Draw some stuff man. Get together with some buddies and make a character concept and flesh them out.

Rioters don't frequent GD. You'd have better luck reaching out to some on twitter.
