Can Riot bring back Ekko Jungle?

Ekko used to be such a fun jungler, but from what i understand he just cant function in the jungle anymore, both from changes to ekko and changes to the Jungle. Can Riot please give Ekko Jungle a little love? All they would have to do is update his slothlike clear speed to something reasonable. Make his 3 hit passive have less of a cooldown against non-epic monsters, have his q deal extra bonus damage to monsters. Have him heal a small percentage of damage against monsters stunned by his w. Probably dont do all 3, but i hope my point gets across. none of that would even effect his mid lane. Ekko as a jungler is also way more fun than mid lane. Predicting where the enemy will go when you appear and planning your w in advance is so much fun, and its a completely different playstyle. unfortunately as of right now, its practically impossible to not be underleveled compared to basically anyone else in the game, just because it takes years to clear jungle camps. Bring my boy back to the jungle where he belongs please.
