I'll be completely honest, I was upset that this bug was a thing & even more so that they let people get away with it. I've been dealing with a Virus & I haven't had the energy to do anything this past week, let alone open my League client.

However, I won't cry over spilt milk & demand compensation for it either. This was an honest mistake on their part & they already lost a good amount of money in the 14 minutes that the bug was active. If they decided to give Everyone 10 capsules like you're asking, then Riot would lose even MORE money.

Does it make it right? Absolutely not, but making demands like this isn't a good solution either. I'd rather wait to see what their next move would be before making any sort of request.
