unfair chat restrictions!

i agree that ive been toxic in a few games, and recently i got a 10 game restriction that i finished. now immediately after, some people got mad at me but i made sure i didnt say a single bad thing back even tho they flamed the heck out of me. they reported me for disagreeing with them and i got a 25 game chat restriction. very confused on why when i literally was the one getting flamed out not the other way around....anyone with this issue??
