A birthday present for a Nami fan

Hello League of Legends board users and Rioters!

My name is Erika, and if it wasn't obvious, I'm a big time Nami fan, with nearly 1 Million mastery points, all of the skins thus far, and have even joined a club with the tag *Nami to show my appreciation for the character. The Project Nami skin and the chromas are something I was immediately excited about upon hearing of it.

Today is my birthday, and to spend some time with friends and loved ones, I play League with them. Upon loading into my first game of the day I noticed that the skin has the icon available as very slightly visible, but it is unable to be purchased by myself or by any of my friends looking to get me a birthday present.

I suppose I don't know what sort of response I was looking for, I suppose I wanted to share both my excitement, and my sadness of not being able to show off a new skin for my favorite character, but being teased by the sight of it.
