Will it be terrible if we able to trade a champion skin shard for another? For ex. I have Gentleman Cho'Gath skin shard but the skin i want for Cho'Gath is Battlecast...so i want to trade it. I have Odyssey Sona skin shard but i want the Arcade Sona skin so i trade it.

edit: point is skin for a skin...i figure there might be some players might want to exchange a skin for a skin that they will want. Ultimate skins = Ultimate skins Mythic skins = Mythic skins Legendary skins = Legendary, Epic and Common skins Epic skins = Epic and Common skins Common skins = Common skins

Problem is that removes the rng part from hextech chests. This would result in people basically beeing guaranteed to get the skin they want as soon as people create trading websites thus resulting in a major loss for riot. Has been discussed before, can't/won't happen.
