Health or Mana Steal
i know that mages have their own thing which is mana and ap items while adc have atk speed and life steal. but i always wonder what would happen if there was a item that is suitable for ap champs, an life steal or mana absorber.

Spell vamp for pure mages has been greatly reduced since the removal of WotA, and now the only solid option for healing off of abilities that deal magic damage is Gunblade. Mana steal has previously been rejected because it just ends up hurting non-mages.
Mana steal would be a pain to play against... But i would welcome spellwamp back.
