Zoe? Heck no And i don't think Zilean is going to get one because he already has a santa skin

Lee Sin is 100% one of them as we know he is getting a Prestige during the last event which is Snowdown.

As for the rest, I don't see Zoe happening as she got (dark) SG, and isn't nearly as popular as someone like Akali to get multiple in a year. Yuumi could maybe but I dunno if they jumped on hers right away either.

I feel we might see one for Kayle, Janna, Eve as they are some of the other popular releases or recent reworks that haven't seen a skin yet this year.
