Way to fix Zoe

Zoe, the most annoying but IMO the most fun champion to play. Or well, used to. Zoe has been my all time favorite champion for since she came out. I had no main champion at the time and felt so frustrated not having any champ to enjoy. Then Zoe came into my life. Literally best moment in league history for me. So fun to play and an amazing concept for a champion. I know we all hate that champion and "finally" got nerfed so hard she's not even a burst mage anymore LOL. but like fr she's not that enjoyable anymore. So rioters take notes, as i'm about to tell you guys ideas to fix Zoe by making her balanced.

Since her Q is the main part of her kit (damage dealer) lets focus more on that. buff her q travel damage increase cool down

for her passive, make a cool down instead of just free lich banes at least a 2 second cool down, I think this is a good nerf to her because she can really do a bunch to turrets with her passive.

fr fr though, Zoe's R could be a passive LMAO. increase Zoe's R range by a little bit immune to CC when she teleports. I think we all know that Zoe's ultimate could be something better..

increase cool down on E. Maybe like 2 seconds maybe 3.

If Zoe doesn't get buffs/nerfs soon she will be so garbage in season 10. If you nerf Zoe nerf Lux and more burst mages.
