I am plat and i play with 3 silver players and one gold 4, and in the second pick you can see another game were a pantheon was silver 1 and unranked in Flex and Riot decided to place him on a Plat game. He fed his lane and left the game I dont know if you have given up on Flex games but what on earth is going on?

flex is different from solo que. you can play with anyone in flex.

I feel as though promos is fucked all together too. I go several games with everyone being around my rank, then get in Promos and either have a player who is not ranked at all and like lvl 30, or I get a team full of players 3 ranks below me and we're all facing 3 ranks above. It's fucking hell.
