Be careful, sneaky rant. I just wanted to thank Riot for showing me the way. Been playing your game for a really long time now, I love it. Contrary to what most people here think about your past and future updates, I think they've been great and have kept League alive and powerful until now. I've played many other online games, and I can only think of Blizzard with WoW as something that reaches your level.

Anyway, I wanted to thank you because during my 600 ranked games this season I've discovered I'm a great shot caller. People really appreciate my contribution to the chat and most of my honors come from it, I want to think I've helped lead many random teams to victory by writing actual useful stuff on the chat. But I've also discovered that I'm a really toxic person. In 1 of these 600 games I found this guy who I was supporting, that after his first death min 3 he started insulting me non stop until the end of the game and refused to try to play. As a result, even with a really good Nasus and Kassadin we couldn't earn the victory. We extended the game past the 40 min if I remember right, and both Kassa and I managed to compensate for our dmg deficit coming from our adc, both with 45k and our friend there with 15. I did a huge mistake there though, I engaged his discussion. I never called him anything, just discussed why I was the worst support he ever had while he was the best adc stuck because of people like me at 40% win rate low dia and why he had the right to lose the game for the rest of the team. For every 10 sentences of pure flame coming from him, I gave 1. After this, the guy told me he didn't care about anything since that was his smurf (xd), and that he was just baiting me, I believe he got banned since he stopped playing and I received a message saying my report bla bla... And I got a 10 game chat restriction, and my honor reset, for that one and only game, and this is where I thank you. Was looking into playing Clash with a really good player and friend of mine, currently fighting to get into master, since you announced the beta for NA. But now I just won't be able to for a really long time, that may even be never. Just like when I send support tickets trying to help you spot boosters, bots and bought accounts, and I ask you how do you handle x problem and all I get is a randomized reply from a bot, you make me feel like a valuable member of your community, and that you actually care about me. You've opened my eyes.

Meanwhile, a friend of mine who barely plays your game (3 or 4 games a month maybe) and actually hates it and you as a company (just comes to have an excuse to talk to me on discord), he already got past honor level 3 and got access to PBE and Clash, and serves to me as an example of what should I become. Guess next time I'll offer people inting my games a cup of tea, give them my car because why not, and help them solve their issues! Cheers!
