She's a terrible design that should've never been made.

She's literally pre-rework Nidalee with a CC and RNG attached to some of the most powerful things accessible in the game.

If her exact kit was a Nidalee rework people would be insanely furious.

pbe is a mess due to riot thinking its a good idea to allow anyone into it making a majority silver and below on their main accounts so you cant really tell at the moment until she gets too live

Most new champs are op because the testing is atrocious so probably yes. I wouldnt listen to anyone but challengers though because new/low elo players have no idea how to play. You dont take stock advice from a hobo..

While i am bronze by all technicalities, I'm gonna have to say yes simply because she has a high chase potential. I mean, Besides having her own flash, If an enemy flashes over a wall, You get to do that aswell without spending your own flash, Then get a speed boost and 3 lock-on attacks that you dont need to stop to use, While also scaling off one of, if not, The highest scaling non-defense stats.

Her e seems really stupid and her q does way more damage than it deserves to.So yea she will be op for a while

[sg-lux-2] Not even close. Bronzey here. First things first, her full combo is not Auto-> Q. (even as a joke) E -> AA -> Q -> AA-> Q -> AA is her BnB. Now, let me count the ways she's NOT op. Number 1. her Q is her only source of reliable damage. you miss it, then you only have the E, which takes awhile to use and has a 12 second cooldown if you hit anything other than a champion, and her AA's. which do decent damage, but not a ton. Number 2. Her W is a strong tool, if you use summoner spells on her. otherwise, she has to blow her own. Oh but she gets balloons right? Then zone her off the balloon. She has to last hit it to get the item/spell. This means her W can be effectively shut down with proper zoning during laning phase. Number 3. Even when she does get the balloon, you can either A. stop her from getting the spell/item or B. she uses her Ult to grab it and no longer has it for 10 seconds. Tons of Counterplay. bait her ult, bait her Q. Just because a champion has high damage doesn't mean they are op. No, what makes op champions "op" is when they have more than just damage. Take Tanksuo from a year ago, he had high damage, high sustain with warlords bloodlust, could still melt people, had the hp of a tank and the mobility of an assassin. Or release Camille. She had a massive as frick shield, huge true damage, a stun, a slow, tons of percent health damage, and a lockdown that made her deal even more damage that you couldn't escape from. Its not just the damage that make people op guys, its also the utility, and Zoe doesn't have reliable utility.

EDIT: Just found out the Double Damage is True Damage, that needs fixed.

I am from the future, she isn't, she has 0 mobility unless she picks up a flash for the W and she gets dived way to easily, her E is amazing though but even if you get hit with it just get a tank or support with a bit of mr in front of you and her Q will deal no dmg [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

She -might- get nerfed since she has high winrates at high elo and a strong max potential, though its nothing exceptionally broken. I'd guess either her Q base, her E bonus damage, or her cc duration on E would be what gets targeted if a nerf is needed but given she's an immobile squishy with limited outplay potential without W that she has enough counterplay to be left mostly as-is.

well, i don't think zoe is op. Many people think a champ is op because it is doing so mutch damange. THe reality is that zoe isn't op. She is very squisy, so if you hit her with cc, she probably dies. Also, she hasn't a escape and that's a very huge weak point. If you stand correctly in the lane, you can punish her and you won't get hit by her q en e. for me is zed op because zoe dies so hard against him. But zed isn't op, he counters zoe. probaly you don't know how to react to her playstayle and maby she just counters you. so play zed if you think so is op, than you're now op

Not sure, but I'd like to point out that some bronze players thought Ornn was also OP when he was sitting at a 32% winrate. Can't trust everyone lol
