Disconnecting from games when ping is low

Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone has been experiencing disconnects in game when their ping is low? I consistently have 39 ping and ever since a few patches ago I have sometimes been DCing (but a ping spike is not showing). The "attempting to reconnect" screen will pop up and my displayed ping will remain unchanged at 39.

I have done a full repair but this didn't seem to fix the issue. I have also done a internet speed test on my second monitor when I DCed before, and my ping, upload and DL speed read to be fine on the site. I also am almost certain it is not a hardware (or my software) issue. My GPU drivers are up to date, I don't overclock my processor, I have 16Gbs of ram and I have my frame rate vsynced to 75 FPS.
