What should I do

What should I do if people are being sexual and inappropriate when I am trying to play the game competitively. I report these things and it doesn't do anything. I also cannot climb out of Bronze so I do not know what I am supposed to do from that perspective either. I am typically nice to other players even when they are not nice to me. I feel like people trying and take advantage of me from that perspective which is very disappointing but the way that they have handled my rank has been very disappointing too. I should be able to learn how to kite off of people but it seems like they care about the game so much so I guess Bronze is the placement I deserve and I cannot climb out no matter what I have tried doing so now I have created a new account and I am working on trying to play more competitive games. Now that I have played a competitive game I think it is important to look back into why are these things occurring and what can I do to get out of that situation.
