Black Screen when joining lobby after accepting que.

After I accept the que and start to join the lobby I get a black screen and then I have to disconnect and retry after waiting 5 mins, 14 mins , etc.. I don't know if its me or the servers but its happened to me 2 times and i've only played one game today. Pretty frustrating but if there is anything I can do please let me know.
