4 fucking times in a row your dogshit system gives me champion shards from fucking chests. 4 in a fucking row. I just want a skin so i can reroll. Its enough that you guys fucking nerfed orange essence return, but now this shit? You guys just cease to fucking amaze me with how garbage design this game is. 4 weeks in a row. 1 month I got nothing from chests. Zilch. Garbage system.

Do 1 hour of OT at work, buy all starter packs, you now have 15 skins and it barely took more time than the time you probably spent complaining about it. (plus panda teemo)

Prior to chests the only way you could get skins outside of special events was to buy them with RP.
