I would lean more towards make it legal, but think it should be up to individual states to decide for themselves.
Most people who went to college in the last couple years know its a safe therapeutic drug. Also lots of people between like 18-30 just like Mary Jane regardless and that would be most the people who play this game
Federal Legal medical use
State chosen recreational use
all drugs should be illegal

yes.
All the wasted effort in law enforcement going toward busting pot dealers and growers could be used in better ways, like say..... busting potential mass shooters, sex trafficking, scammers, arms dealers, and identity thieves...
But no, let's keep wasting tax dollars and manpower stopping a relatively harmless plant.... makes sense
Just legalise it already
TBH if MJ was legal then like probably 50% of the people in US prisons would be freed lol Its the reason why this country has the most prisoners in the entire world.
Why not? All drugs should be legal.
As long as you're not hurting anyone but yourself, I really don't give a shit what you put in your body.
I would hesitate to call it safe, but thats because theres been a significant lack of clinical research on it due to its fda classification.
That said, I support legalization because I do not believe it is significantly harmful.
Sure, why it? Like alcohol, we could then tax it. It does do harm just like ciggies, but they're legal ya know?
Conservative states don't want hippies let each state make up its mind.
