Velkoz ban quote is incorrect!
When you ban 
he says "That was unexpected", but OBVIOUSLY it should be changed to "Eye didn't see that coming..."

No, while your joke is fine, the problem is that Vel'koz never says "Eye didn't see that coming..." in any of his quotes.
Since Vel'koz is not a newer champion release (as in before champ ban quotes became a thing and champion quotes started to include ban specific dialogue), it means in order to save money, time and resources they simply pulled fitting quotes from existing champion dialogue to make ban quotes. And yes, it'd be a chore/not-worth-it to actually track down the original voice actor, have them record the lines, edit and render the line through a voice filter and then re-implement it into the game.

Eye'm not very surprised Riot would get the quote wrong.
Why does it matter? Vel'Koz never gets banned anyway.
