As above. While I understand that stealth is a mechanic I have to deal with, normally you can see anyone attempting to take an altar.

I would make it so that they are simply revealed though, and that it doesn't end the duration of stealth (so if they stop taking it they will go back to being stealthed after a short while).

Champions are being revealed when they take an altar, unless it belonged to nobody (in which case it doesn't reveal anyone).
At least that's how it worked.
I think I have stood on altar's before as Teemo, and every time the passive kicked in the altar stopped charging.
Wait, it's not like that already? I thought for sure TT altars revealed you, or at least made you visible on the mini-map or something. I've snuck up on there enough times as Eve that I'm pretty sure being revealed or granting vision or something like that is a thing...
