For those who want to follow along with me the routine is as follows; 30 Second of Squats (Add weights if you want) 5 second break 30 Second of Front Lunges 5 Second of second break 30 Second of Side Lunges 5 Second break 30 Second of Deadlifting (How ever much weight you are comfortable with, i'd suggest something low, If you don't have the proper equipment I'm sure you can use a broom with weights or something heavy on them :) ) 5 second break 30 Seconds of Donkey kicking (L & R) 5 second break 30 Seconds in a Hip Bridge 5 Second break 30 Seconds or Leg extensions (L & R) 5 second break 30 seconds of Flutter kicks 5 second break 30 seconds of Froggy Glute Lifts

If you are confused about anything feel free to look it up, the internet is a great place ^^

(P.S. This is Heavily focused around Butt+Thighs, because that's what I'm focusing on growing <3 )

If you stick to it, make sure you make another post in June and let me know, I'd love to hear about the results!

Good luck! [sg-ahri-2]

Sorry, it doesnt work that way. if you want to make gains youre gonna have to dedicate an hour of your time at the gym atleast 5 times a week. That routine is most peoples warmups to be honest.

Good luck!

I am currently just reducing how much I eat every day and exercising occasionally in an attempt to get to my goal weight of 160 pounds. I am 20 LB off, 25 LB down from my start weight which was about 205, but I have stalled at approx. 180 for the past month.

Right now I am fighting my binge-eating habits where I eat about 2-3k calories in one sitting and spend the next few hours in mild discomfort and stomach pain. If I can get that under control, I'll be golden.

you're going to get very little gains unless you've already been that muscular before

do an intense workout 2-5 times a week and then do that stuff as a way to maintain it once you're happy with the size, muscle is built by breaking it down so it grows back stronger and you're not really breaking anything down with that little amount of time

Squats are the best for short 5 minute workouts because you can do tons in that amount of time.
